Alzheimer’s & Dementia Caregiver Support Group

Caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s or dementia can be overwhelming, emotional, and at times isolating. The Titusville Senior Center is partnering with Hospice of Crawford County to offer a monthly Alzheimer’s & Dementia Caregiver Support Group – a space for families and caregivers to connect, share, and find support.

Whether you’re looking for guidance, resources, or simply a place to talk with others who understand, this group is here for you. Led by facilitator Melissa Swartwood with Hospice of Crawford County, this group will offer practical knowledge, resources, and compassionate guidance to help you navigate this difficult path. Together, we’ll share experiences, learn from one another, and find strength in community.

You are not alone in this journey.  There is no cost to attend, and walk-ins are welcome. Open to caregivers, family members, and loved ones. Meetings are held on the fourth Monday of each month.
